Waste to Energy minus the pollution

Convert mixed carbon-based waste into scalable energy and fuel pathways.

Envira Synergy enables governments, municipalities and private businesses to convert difficult waste streams into Energy in the form of dispatchable power and/or refined fuel products through modular 25 ton per day systems designed for real-world deployment.

Technology

A modular waste-to-energy platform built for variable feedstocks.

The Envira Synergy approach is designed to handle heterogeneous carbon-based waste without forcing operators into a single narrow revenue model. The result is a more flexible platform for jurisdictions and businesses that need waste reduction, energy recovery, and future product optionality.Envira Synergy

01

Convert waste into energy

Primary conversion centers on syngas production from mixed carbon-based waste streams, which is then converted to electricity or alternative fuels. Envira is offering patented and commercially avialable systems that were developed and tested in conjuction with the DOE and NREL, utilizing a new iteration of gasification technology that will revolutionize regeneration of all carbon based waste.

The Future Now

Tires, MSW, Plastics cluttering our landfills will become a thing of the past by converting trash into profitable useful products

03

Deploy in modular blocks

Each 25 ton per day module is sized for phased deployment, allowing a site to match early demand, validate economics, and scale in practical increments.

What makes the model compelling

  • One platform can support waste diversion, local energy production, and fuel-market participation.
  • Broad feedstock capability helps reduce dependence on highly uniform input streams.
  • Modularity supports pilot-first adoption, distributed siting, and phased capital planning.
Markets served

Built for public-sector resilience and private-sector opportunity.

Envira Synergy is positioned to solve waste problems for public stakeholders while also opening commercial upside for operators, developers, strategic partners, and disciplined project capital.

Governments and municipalities

Support landfill diversion, local energy resilience, cleaner waste management planning, and scalable infrastructure decisions without overcommitting on day one.

Independent waste management

Move beyond pure collection economics by adding conversion, tipping-fee strategy, and downstream energy participation where markets support it.

Private businesses and developers

Create new profit centers from waste streams while aligning with industrial sustainability targets, site utility planning, and circular-economy goals.

Outputs

Multiple revenue pathways from one core conversion platform.

Envira Synergy is not limited to a single offtake story. The system is designed so project teams can prioritize power, fuels, or a tailored mix depending on local demand, regulation, and financing structure.

Primary pathway

  • Syngas as the central intermediate product.
  • Power generation through turbine or generator integration.
  • Potential planning benchmark of 1 MW per ton of waste processed.
  • During project development, preliminary waste and site-specific revenue generation potential assessments of revenues from 1) tipping fees (or reduced disposal costs), 2) the sale of the heat, 3) power, 4) liquid fuels produced from system operation, or 5) other byproducts such as clean ash, recovered water, recovered metals, etc.

Refined fuel pathway

  • Mini refinery integration for methanol, ethanol, diesel, SAF, and other carbon-based fuels.
  • Optionality for projects where liquid-fuel value may exceed electricity economics.
  • Flexible framing for future industrial or transport offtake discussions.
Carbon-based waste in

Designed for mixed feedstocks rather than narrow, highly curated inputs.

Energy and fuels out

Project structures can align outputs with the most valuable local market pathway.

Landfill pressure down

Waste diversion improves the wider environmental equation beyond plant-gate performance alone.

Validation

Technical prowess, real-world readiness, and a site you can visit.

For any buyer, proof matters more than slogans. we posess development pedigree, demonstration readiness, and the ability to continue technical discussion with qualified stakeholders.Envira Synergy

Development background

Our system's unique design enables it to completely gasify materials regardless of composition. (e.g., wet vs. dry; high vs. low energy). Because the system can convert virtually all of the feedstock material into clean syngas, in an extremely efficient way, it leaves behind virtually no unconverted char, tar, or particulates that might otherwise foul the interior structures of less capable systems.

Demonstration pathway

A demo site is available for project review, which provides a practical next step for municipalities, partners, and commercial prospects moving past introductory conversations.

What makes it different?

  • Light years from others in efficiency, longevity, abilities, control and good looks
  • Modular/Scalable design customized to customers needs
  • Demo units available for review
  • Once at fully operating, self fueling
  • Not water dependent, in fact, water is a biproduct
  • Extended Maintenance Schedule
  • Minimal footprint
  • Complete gasification of Dioxins and other bad players
  • “Whole Waste” solution, no critical need for sorting
  • Demo visit structure

    Introductory call

Confirm use case, feedstock profile, target outputs, and stakeholder objectives before scheduling travel.

    Qualified site visit

Review the modular system, discuss operating assumptions, and align the conversation to government, municipal, or private deployment priorities.

    Project scoping

Advance into technical, commercial, and financing conversations based on site-specific waste volume and offtake opportunities.

    Balance

Envira Synergy presents waste-to-energy not as a theoretical future concept, but as modular infrastructure for jurisdictions and businesses that need a practical route from waste burden to energy, fuel, and economic value.

    Next step

Start with the project conversation that fits your role.

Whether you represent a municipality, a national program, an independent hauler, a private development group, or aligned infrastructure capital, Envira Synergy can frame the discussion around feedstock, siting, outputs, economics, and demonstration review.

    Investor and strategic partner inquiries

A practical entry point for deployment and capital conversations.

Envira Synergy welcomes discussions with investors and strategic partners interested in project participation, deployment partnerships, or capital alignment.

We provide a structured, low-friction starting point to evaluate market fit, modular rollout strategy, and commercial frameworks aligned with scalable growth.

Our waste-to-energy systems are designed to generate measurable returns through high-efficiency clean energy production, long service life, and reduced waste management costs.

While conventional infrastructure projects often take decades to deliver full value, our systems are engineered for payback in approximately 3–5 years, creating a faster path to reinvestment and expansion.

    3–5 Years Target payback window
Modular Rollout Phased deployment for scalable growth
Lower Waste Costs Operational savings plus energy value
